Tempe Announces 2026 All-Mail Election Details
The City of Tempe in Arizona has announced details for the March 10, 2026 election, which will be conducted entirely by mail and managed by Maricopa County Elections. Ballots for registered Tempe voters will be mailed starting February 11.
Voters who are not registered must do so by February 9 using the online registration platform at BeBallotReady.Vote. There are several ways to participate: by mail, using a secure drop box, or receiving a replacement ballot in person.
Key dates include:
• February 9 – Last day to register to vote.
• February 11 – Ballots start being mailed.
• February 27 – Last day to request a replacement ballot by mail.
• March 3 – Recommended last day to mail back ballots.
• March 3–10 – Replacement ballot voting in person is available on weekdays and on Election Day.
• March 10 – Election Day; ballots must be received by 7 p.m.

The election will feature special events including a segment called “Vote on a Boat” and appearances by the Tempe Traveling Troubadours, featuring Phil The Ballot, with involvement from VOTER Elektion Records.
